About Betrayed Beauty

Betrayed Beauty & Hidden Scars (BBHS) is a nonprofit organization located in Denton, Texas. BBHS opened in Novemeber 2023. It is an organization geared to bring global and social media awareness, self-love and motivation for women to conquer and excel in their beauty goals, eventhough society shames us women who have physical ailments that includes scars, wounds, burns, and acne.

We are women of all ages and we will fight for our rights to be seen as beautiful no matter the scar! We have a testimony, and it shall be heard.

• Yes, I can have a scar on my face and still be a model
• Yes, I can have a surgical scar and still be a bikini model
• Yes, I have acne scars and I can still be an actress
• Yes, I have a traumatic burn but I can still pose on a cover of a beauty magazine.
• Yes, I have a scar from a wound and yet I can still wear whatever I like without being shamed for it.
